Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $17 - $17 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Dishwasher / Prep Assistant:

• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using manual and machine methods

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area, sinks, and dishwashing machines

• Remove trash and recyclables from kitchen areas and dispose of them properly

• Follow all sanitation and safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations

• Mark proteins (e.g., chicken, burgers) on the grill as per kitchen or production guidelines

• Assemble basic sandwiches to specification, including portioning ingredients and wrapping

• Cut, portion, and bag bread as needed for meals or packaging

• Assist with basic food prep such as portioning, labeling, and organizing ingredients

• Communicate with cooks and kitchen staff to coordinate timing and product flow

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food production environment preferred

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately

• Comfortable working around hot equipment and sharp tools

• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness and detail

• Background check required
