From FP&A partners to our accounts payable teams, our finance and accounting department is responsible for providing high-quality services to our internal partners, business leads and external suppliers. Our Finance and Accounting department is instrumental in supporting our business with the information it needs to make strategic decisions enabling us to do what we do best.
We are seeking a Credit Controller to join our EMEA team on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring excellent customer service is delivered to our customers in France. You will join a be a close-knit team of 4 that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
What To Expect
Proactive credit control ensuring thorough saturation of ledger
Monthly KPI achievement primarily focused on overdue debt
Develop strong working relationships with both customers and internal departments
Resolve queries to ensure timely payment of invoices
Investigate and resolve any instances of unapplied cash
Assist with Month End activities and reconciliations
General housekeeping of the Accounts Receivable ledger
Ad hoc duties required by management or to meet the needs of the business
What We Expect
High attention to detail with an inquisitive mindset
Experience an AR role/shared service center desirable
Fluent in French and English
Excellent communication skills, proven relationship building.
