About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our transformation team as a Business Change Analyst. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our business transformation programme, ensuring the successful delivery of change initiatives. You will work closely with the Transformation Lead for day-to-day direction and alignment with the overall transformation programme. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in managing change within a complex business environment
Key Responsibilities:
Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of future operations and services
Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximise customer and associate adoption and usage while minimising resistance
Identify potential risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
Support the design, development, delivery, and management of customer and associate communications
Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs
Track and report issues, and define and measure success metrics to monitor change progress
What we are looking for
We are seeking a strategic thinker with a proactive mindset, capable of applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive meaningful outcomes. The ideal candidate will thrive in collaborative team settings and contribute to a positive, results-oriented environment. Given the dynamic nature of the role, a high level of adaptability and flexibility is essential. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are also key, ensuring consistent performance and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of the role.
In addition we are looking for:
Demonstrable experience as a Business Change Analyst or similar role
Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, APMG) is a plus.
