Your role and responsibilities
As a Software Developer you'll participate in many aspects of the software development lifecycle, such as design, code implementation, testing, and support. You will create software that enables your clients' hybrid-cloud and AI journeys.
You'll have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies, ensuring the applications delivered are high performing, highly available, responsive, and maintainable.
Your primary responsibilities include:
Collaborative Analysis for Enhanced Solutions: Work together with architects and technical leaders to analyze feasibility of solutions and propose improvements to comply with architectural standards.
End-to-End Involvement for Superior Customer Service: Involvement in every step of the process, from design, development, testing release changes and troubleshoot where necessary, providing a great customer service.
Strategic Stakeholder Engagement and Creative Problem-Solving: Drive key discussions with your stakeholders and analyze the current landscape for opportunities to operate and code creative solutions.

Required technical and professional expertise
Buscamos profissionais com experiência com:
Experiência prática como desenvolvedor do ServiceNow com foco no desenvolvimento do Service Portal.
Grande experiência em HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS e Bootstrap para criar interfaces responsivas e amigáveis.
Experiência com ServiceNow Glide API, UI Macros, UI Pages e Jelly scripting.
Conhecimento profundo do ServiceNow Configuration Management, Workflows e Business Rules.
Familiaridade com REST/SOAP APIs para integrações com aplicativos de terceiros.
Capacidade de criar widgets, temas e páginas de UI personalizados no Service Portal.
Excelentes habilidades de resolução de problemas e capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente ou como parte de uma equipe.
Experiência com módulos ITSM ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) necessário.
Inglês avançado a fluente
Preferred technical and professional experience
Experiência com Now Experience Framework (NEF) e UI Builder. Experiência com ServiceNow Performance Analytics e Reporting. Conhecimento do módulo ITOM.
