The Opportunity: The managing partner is seeking a motivated and experienced CPA to join his team as a Tax Manager (Partner). In approximately two years, the managing partner will be retiring, and he is looking for someone to work closely with him during the transition period and eventually take over the practice.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
Expertise in tax planning, compliance, and accounting
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with at least 8 plus years of experience
Client-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Ambitious and driven, with a desire to take on a leadership role.
Strong leadership and communication skills
