Work Location: Malvern, PA or NYC based -- Hybrid, coming into the office at least 3 days per week with Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday being set days. All subject to change.

Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources (PXT) Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering on the strategic human capital business partner mindset. Your primary focus will be to provide Business Partner support to select client groups, operating as a trusted advisor and executing on core HR lifecycle deliverables (ie -- Goal Setting, Talent Management & Development, Employee Relations, Succession Planning & Compensation). We are looking for someone who is proactive, has self-starter mindset and is capable of diving in and taking initiative to execute independently.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Partnership:
- Develop a deep understanding of the business to provide thought partnership to managers on human capital needs, PXT policies, performance management, and fostering a culture of continuous growth and development
- Strength in coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, written and verbal communication, process development, analytical skill, and problem solving
- Proactively bring ideas on enhancements to processes, bringing best practices on key PXT deliverables
- Serve as an integral, data-driven thought partner accelerating problem-solving and driving business outcomes through creative human capital strategies
- Advise management on complex employee relations issues and recommend appropriate courses of action
- Strategic workforce planning, including succession and workforce planning
2. Engagement:
- Consult with the executives and extended PXT Team to drive business success by providing thought leadership and direction, accountable for delivering a HR strategy that is aligned with the needs of the organization.
- Maintain a pulse on the morale and challenges of employees within assigned client groups.
3. Thought Leadership and Guidance:
- Provide a synthesized overview of human capital issues/trends and offer thought partnership on optimal ways to address them.
- Lead executives in translating the business strategy into a talent strategy that embeds and reinforces a culture
- Serve as a resource for employees seeking guidance or assistance on workplace concerns and fostering a culture of respect and accountability
- Create and deliver training to assist and coach managers on performance management, alent development and employee relations topics
- Promote and sponsor DEI initiatives, working to create an inclusive workplace that values diversity and promotes equity
4. Collaboration and Analysis:
- Strong Project Management skills and ownership involving driving key PXT related deliverables, projects and core initiatives
- Collaborate with colleagues across the People Experience Team to execute human resources strategies that align with business objectives and support future initiatives.
- Analyze trends and metrics, collaborate with HR functional experts to identify problems, develop solutions, make recommendations, and drive change.
What do you need?
- 10+ years of relevant Human Resources Business Partner experience, in a team-oriented, high-intensity, and dynamic environment within the banking industry.
- We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is willing to dive deep into the details to ensure each task is complete and communicated back to our internal clients in a timely manner.
- Strong project management skills to plan, execute and drive change.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential issues with discretion, empathy, and composure.
- Goal-oriented with a common-sense approach to problem-solving and prioritization, comfortable operating in ambiguity.
- Understanding and application of Customers Banks' 5 core values with solid judgment when communicating and making decisions.
- Flexible, positive, and open-minded, comfortable giving and receiving direct feedback, and willing to hold people accountable at all levels.
Technology Skills:
- Microsoft Office Applications -- proficient to advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills a plus
