Saint-Gobain Strategy Analyst in MALVERN, Pennsylvania
What’s the job?
*This is a hybrid role based out of our Malvern, PA headquarters with an in office expectation of 3 days per week*
We are seeking an analytical and curious Strategy Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for early career candidates with 1–3 years of experience (excluding internships), particularly those with a consulting background or exposure to similar fast-paced, problem-solving environments.
As a Strategy Analyst, you will support data-driven decision-making by assisting with analytical projects, Power BI dashboard development and help to prepare executive communications. Additionally, this role will have direct exposure to our GenAI program and will assist with ongoing projects. Curiosity, teamwork, problem-solving, and navigating ambiguity are essential to success in this role.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the development and maintenance of Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights
Assist in building and refining data models to support business intelligence needs (both internal & external competitive intelligence)
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help create executive communications & presentations
Proactively identify areas for process improvement and automation
Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

What do you bring?
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related degrees are preferred.
1–3 years of professional experience (beyond internships) in business intelligence, data analytics, consulting, or a related strategic role
Exposure to data analysis, visualization and dashboarding (Excel/ Tableau/ PowerBI), reporting, and PowerPoint creation/Executive communications
Familiarity with manufacturing/industrial, specifically roofing is preferred but not required
