Measuring and Templating: Precise and accurate measurements are crucial. This duty involves templating jobs to ensure the correct dimensions and fit for all materials involved. Planning and Logistics: Oversee and manage the scheduling of fabrication processes, loads for transportation, and timely deliveries to the intended destinations. Production Coordination: Streamline and optimize the workflow within the Fabrication Shop, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and in sequence. Installation: Act as a lead technician in installing a variety of stone materials such as granite, marble, and other natural stones. This involves working with countertops, backsplashes, and related products both in residential and commercial environments. Quality Assurance: Take ownership for the quality of final products. Ensure that all outputs, whether fabricated or installed, adhere to the company's quality standards, and meet or surpass client expectations.
