About the role The Program Manager works as a key member of the Balfour Beatty Communities Ethics & Compliance (E&C) team.  The primary role of this position is to assist the team in design, measurement, and maintenance of the E&C program and to drive the program forward with other change management, project management, and supporting tasks as needed. This is a remote position. What you'll be doing Assist the E&C team in the organization and long-term planning of program goals and initiatives Measure and track key performance indicators, Manage internal reporting and dashboards, Assist the E&C team in performance of assessments, analysis, and reports to evaluate the effectiveness of the Company's compliance program Assist with efforts to continuously improve processes associated with ethics case management and investigations Compliance training Policy management Regulatory reporting Who we're looking for Bachelor's degree Minimum of 5 years of experience in Ethics & Compliance program management Experience working cross-functionally and managing complex programs Highly organized and process-oriented with experience in project management, change management, and organizational program design Demonstrated ethics and integrity, with clear understanding and adherence to ethical principles, company values, Code of Ethics, and policies. Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship-building skills with an ability to work with multiple stakeholders with varying needs in an efficient and effective manner. Knowledgeable of ethics and compliance best practices. Ability to execute the strategy and plans of E&C leadership and be team-focused. Highly motivated, efficient, and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple projects and work successfully in a fast-paced environment, both collaborating as a team member and working independent
