We offer an environment that is supportive, educational and clinically focused. The SAP program provides prevention, case management and consultation services to individuals in Chester County schools.

The case manager-student assistance program liaison is responsible for the coordination and delivery of prevention services to public school students referred to the student assistance program. Provides consultative services within the treatment team on clinical matters providing support and guidance to other team members, including school district staff. Performs screening assessments as required and participates in outcome initiatives. Provides prevention, case management, and consultation services to individuals in the designated school district. Provides family focused services, in accordance with the agency’s Mission, Vision, and Values, in a variety of settings inclusive of office, schools, home or other community settings.

Qualifications

EDUCATION : Bachelor's degree, Master degree preferred

EXPERIENCE : Minimum of 2 years' experience in behavioral healthcare, mental health, or drug/alcohol program. Prior experience with a Student Assistance Program preferred.
