Bachelor's Degree required with 2-4 year of experience (internship experience will be considered) Ability/experience working with cross-functional teams Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, etc...) Intermediate to advanced proficiency in PowerPoint A strategic thinker; someone who enjoys asking questions Comfortable analyzing information and communicating findings to different audiences Skilled at evaluating financial statements and identifying financial outliers Experience budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Capable of supporting projects or new initiatives Financial modeling experience a plus, not required Training/Leadership experience a plus, not required Experience supporting finance/operations for a multi-site organization a plus, not required Don't meet all of these requirements? Here's how you will help as a Financial Analyst at DaVita!

Our team supports the financial performance of 400+ locations in the Northeast US. This role will act as a key member of the Group Finance Team as we help our operating partners achieve their financial performance goals Support the Group Finance Team in areas of financial modeling, expense management, financial statement and variance analysis, process improvement, and project management Prepare monthly financial performance results on a monthly basis and deliver findings to Finance and Operations team Assist developing financial models for new and/or expanding facilities Develop presentations and accompanying support for Senior Leaders Identify financial performance outliers and partner with operations team to develop action plans Be a key contributor on special projects/new initiatives Support team with completion of ad-hoc analysis requests; other duties as assigned.
