For more information, visit www.gf.com.Summary of Role: The Growing Manufacturing Transformation Office at GlobalFoundries seeks a personable and highly motivated SAP expert in Material purchases planning and inventory management, Production Planning related business processes, and MES Integration. Looking for a model change driver to support a major technology transformation program in day-to-day project management tasks and activities. Essential Responsibilities:Reporting to Vice President of Manufacturing Transformation, lead all aspects of multi-phase operating model implementation in collaborating with manufacturing & IT teams.Work with manufacturing stakeholders to assess business practices in material planning and consumption, MES integration, and Material master. Be a change agent and drive proactive and productive conversations to improve adaptation of the new improved operating models and Best-Known Methods.Accountable for understanding business needs and program milestones, and working with manufacturing teams, Business capability group leads, Solution delivery teams, and Partners to drive readiness for system implementation and provide feedback timely.Must be comfortable in matrix management environments and work effectively with others in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.Ensuring project complies with best practices, SOPs, PMO policies, and other policies.Provide consistent and clear communication between all project stakeholders and report on progress to the Executive Steering Committee (VP, SVP, COO)Success in the role is by demonstrating the ability to get stakeholders buy in at a faster rate, implementation of the operating models on time, and have zero to minimum impact to operations from system rollout.Required Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business administration, Information Systems, Program Management, or related discipline is required.Experience: 10+ years of SAP S/4 HANA experience in ERP Material Planning, Production Planning MES Integration,Handson experience in leading large SAP change implementation in PP, materials ManagementAbility to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS PowerPoint)Travel - Up to 10%Fluency in English Language - written & verbal.Preferred Qualifications:Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.Background in consulting with ability to create story boards/presentations with quick turnaround.Certifications or training in change management methodologiesExpected Salary Range$131,900.00 - $241,500.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.If you need a reasonable accommodation for any part of the employment process, please contact us by email at usaccommodations@gf.com and let us know the nature of your request and your contact information.
