ADP Payroll Consultant in Malaysia - Home Office, Malaysia

Your role: In this role, it's all about enabling our clients to be more effective employers by identifying, defining and assessing their needs. Our service teams make it happen by collaborating with our clients and other key internal stakeholders to ensure that we provide "Everyday Excellence" and improve our client's experience. (P.S. As a Process Executive, you will be responsible for payroll processing and reports generations for clients under South East Asia (SEA). SEA refers to the segment of clients outside India Payroll. We have a mix of MNC's and domestic clients under this segment.

What you'll do:

  • Review and process client's payroll transactions efficiently within defined SLA's.

  • Conduct timely and accurate processing of cyclical events including month end, statutory reports and year end related activities.

  • Ensure validation of payroll data.

  • Ensure ADP performs payroll services based on client requirements while validating that ADP meets required statutory obligations.

  • Adhere to ADP's quality standards, policies & procedures.

  • Adhere to quality checks and controls , as the reports, inputs and processing done by you will be checked by another assigned associate.

  • Working based on local country working hours

Qualifications you'll need:

Education: Any commerce or arts graduation

Experience:

  • At least 2 - 4 years in processing payroll.

  • Ability to showcase working knowledge on Excel is expected.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Good knowledge in Social Security and Taxation is desired.

  • Strong mathematical ability and aptitude to learn the payroll software application.

Bonus points if you have these:

  • Possess logical and analytical skills with a flair for numbers.

  • Ability to work under time constraints to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Having an eye for detail is a plus.
