Job Overview:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Administrator is part of the Global Recruitment Center, a shared services team based in Makati that provides recruitment searches and administrative support to the global Talent Acquisition group.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Perform Applicant Tracking System (ATS) tasks such as:

  • Creation of requisitions; ensuring that correct and complete details are captured for each

  • Updating/completing details for existing requisitions as necessary; issuing and monitoring approval of said requisitions

  • Posting of jobs on the company website/internal job board and/or other external sites, while ensuring that the posting appears professional and consistent with the applicable approved format

  • Providing job descriptions for requisitions

  • Creation of candidate profiles and updating existing candidate profiles in the ATS

  • Linking and updating candidates’ status against specific requisitions

  • Interview schedule coordination

  • Reporting weekly/monthly accomplishment/progress report/s, or other assigned reports relating to the ATS

  • Complete special projects by clarifying project objectives, setting timetables and schedules, conducting research, developing, and organizing information, and fulfilling transactions

  • Performs other tasks that may be required as per the need of the management or the Talent Acquisition group, from time to time

Essential Qualifications and Education:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree or equivalent related job experience

  • Must have a good working knowledge of basic Microsoft applications

  • Good interpersonal, communication, organizational, and presentation skills

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a collaborative team environment

  • Ideally with 1 to 3 years of related experience, preferably in a mid-size private or public company

  • Must be willing to work on rotating shifting work schedule
