We are looking for someone with:

Experience in the following:

Plan :

  • Actively participate in release/sprint planning, test strategy/planning, cutover approach/planning

  • Ensure dependencies between business functionalities across various systems are captured and work with PMs to build those into plans

  • Proactively identify & raise risks and issues for the program

User Stories:

  • Creation of user stories, detailing user stories for any common features/uniformity

  • Align with country for delta changes and create/manage/guard change requests

Aligning with Dev team:

  • for any clarifications on functionality/ common features build

  • Single point of contact for dev team for any scope/requirements clarification

Test support:

  • work with country, test and dev teams for acceptable mismatches, defect classification

  • prioritize defect fixes to help dev and test teams

  • Sample review of test scenarios/cases for VT, SIT (to ensure test scope coverage is good enough)

  • propose workaround solutions for issues and get buy-in from users

Deployment :

  • actively participate in rehearsal testing

  • assist in business verification testing post deployments with business users

  • assist in any day 2 changes – recording, prioritizing

Production:

  • assess production incidents raised during Hypercare and prioritize fixes for dev team

Training :

  • manage training from respective business users to dev & testing teams

  • help the first train the trainer sessions with country team along with business teams

On the job you will:

  • Derive & finalize the scope for migration working with BU team & sign-off

  • Guarding initial agreed scope and retrofit change requests

  • Working with business to align on the common features/enhancements, uniformity, behavioral changes across all form

*Understanding of life insurance business and preferably worked on life insurance admin system.

  • Assess re-usability across countries ( something new, but we should look at it going forward)

  • Impact analysis –

  • Work closely with dev team to classify & prioritize forms, reports, DB into different categories (low, med, high) based on business criticality

  • Work closely with architect/CAS SME to identify & assess the impacted applications both upstream & downstream
