Eaton Corporation Senior Finance Analyst in Makati City, Philippines

What you’ll do:

  • Act as the key finance and accounting person to support the business activities and financial reporting.

  • Implement and supervise internal control process for day-to-day sales and operation, including purchasing and warehouse procedures.

  • Implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Eaton financial policies, local regulations and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.

  • Support Corp Finance on statutory reporting, Tax computation, Prepare and keep all documents appropriately and accurately as required by law.

  • Coordinate and support internal and external audit at site.

  • Support Ad-hoc Financial Projects – Such as system upgrading/Implementation, legal entity projects, etc.

  • Support GFSS on day-to-day accounting in ERP system. Book the monthly transactions related to month-end/ year-end closing.

  • Perform day-to-day import/ export documents and coordinate with related function and third parties if required

  • Manage and ensure tax (VAT,WHT, CIT..) are compliance with the local tax requirement including tax filing.

  • Manage on customer credit limit review and support project bidding on financial terms review and project margin tracking.

  • Tracking of operation workflows and coordinate with Team to ensure the controls are in place

  • Provide financial reports and analysis required by division or other Function

  • Coordinates with other functions to improve operation process

  • Coordinates with ISSC Team and other Eaton Accounting Teams to ensure all transactions are accurate

  • Ensure appropriate commercial and risk management processes are in place and support the business in the management of material commercial judgments and actions

  • Provide guidance for some administrative work that can help improve business control and efficiency

  • Support Ad-hoc Financial Projects – Such as system upgrading/Implementation, legal entity projects, etc.

Qualifications:

  • At least a Bachelor degree majoring in Accounting or financial management

  • At least 5 years’ experience in Finance and Accounting function

  • Experience in SAP is preferred
