Eaton Corporation PH Senior Application Engineer in Makati City, Philippines
What you’ll do:
The overview of the role with its primary function is to Provide technical and field support to Commercial team and Distribution Channels to grow the business. Generate transformer proposals to Utility & C&I Segment in the SEA region.
Countries: 60% Philippines; 40% rest of East Asia.
Complete all the technical and commercial proposals and product offerings without any delay and missing the closing date
Liaise with Product Line to meet the specification and competitive price
Assist the Business Development Manager in influence the specification, assist in products promotion.
Review and make available
Liaise with Customer Service and Organize the FAT – to ensure the smooth process and no delay in shipment the tender requirement in documentation, T&D
Communicate with Product Line Manager to respond to field technical and application questions.
Handle the field warranty inquiry – keeping customer satisfied.
Create warranty report and coordinate with the factory.
Summarize and feedback the markets information and competitive activities to Product line Manager for product development program.
Supervise testing and commissioning of the equipment.
Provide after sales support remotely or in the field
Review customer specification, create the transformer checklist and generate the 1Ph and 3Ph transformer proposal.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, major in Electrical Engineering
5-10 Years related experience
Skills:
Decent technical knowledges of Electrical products and solutions particular in Power transmission and distribution network.
Proactive and Self-motivated under a variety of challenging circumstances
Transparent, On time communication with, and reporting to supervisor
Strategic thinking skills with creativity
Fluent in written and spoken English
Taking Initiative with strong leadership and passion to explore new business related to service.
Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
