People Operations Senior Specialist

What the day will look like

Responsible for in-country People Operations activities – Payroll and Workforce Administration.

Key Accountabilities

  • Continuous review area of improvement of in-country Workforce Administration and Payroll processes; ensure alignment of local policies and programs with regional and global requirements.

  • Responsible for accuracy in data and regulatory governance.

  • Collaborate with wider People Organization to manage colleagues’ queries in thoughtful and timely manner.

  • Provide holistic solutions to stakeholders and/or in team settings with regard to own areas.

  • Manage and responsible for vendor relationship to ensure service delivery and adherence to the Service Level Agreement and ensure timely addressing of issues or escalations to resolve issues.

  • Ensure timely escalation and updates on operational matters to minimise risks and provide support on resolving the issues.

    Operational Excellence

  • Manage in-country Payroll and Workforce Administration operational activities to ensure they are accurate, relevant and reflective of where the firm is at.

  • Monitor Payroll and Workforce Administration processes are in compliance with local legislation requirements and implement improvement to streamline processes.

  • Manage all aspects of payroll and benefits processes.

  • Manage internal and/or local legislation requirements reporting, this includes but not limited to government surveys, immigration requirements, compliance, tax and statutory contributions etc, are filed in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Looking for ways to effective use of technology to drive HR data accuracy.

  • Continuous working on building consistent operational workflow that results in operational efficiency and accuracy.

  • Responsible in developing communications to stakeholders/colleagues in timely manner.

    Compliance and Quality

  • Be responsible for the in-country People Operations activities in compliance with HR policies, local workforce laws, and regulations.

  • Implement and monitor service delivery standards, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality assurance processes within the country. Collaboration

  • Collaborate with functional partners (IT, Legal, Compliance, Finance, People Partners, regional/country People Leaders etc.)
