Main Task/Important Responsibilities:

  • Have a thorough understanding of the client’s HSE and CBRE policies,

  • Provide oversight of the incident management system on the account, ensuring all applicable incidents are investigated,

  • Enter incidents and their associated documentation into the Harbour system,

  • Enter data for risks and issues into the risk management system,

  • Govern the HSE and risk assurance program for the account and escalate where non-compliance is sighted,

  • Follow up with individuals who have overdue actions within both the Harbour and ARMS system,

  • Manage lessons learned and their distribution,

  • Issue WHS work orders to the operational team through the Si7 system,

  • Monthly reporting of HSE performance with leading and lagging KPIs, including all data management and graphs,

  • Ownership of the induction framework for the account and adding updates, when required,

  • Administer the creation of HSE forms within the relevant system (Damstra, Si7, Smartsheet, Microsoft Forms) and ensure the form remains applicable,

  • Produce process flows for new HSE and risk procedures,

  • Update account HSE procedures in collaboration with stakeholders,

  • Deliver training and coaching on the HSE and risk management systems, where required.

Qualifications:

  • Technical qualification (engineering /safety engineering/ systems),

  • Advanced training/certification in HSSE management is an advantage,

  • Min 3-5 years experience in a similar role,

  • Advanced English is a must
