· More than 800 physicians, 450 advanced practice providers, and 2,600 clinical and support staff in over 40 specialties, provide patients with a broad range of medical and surgical services.

The role you’ll contribute:
The Facilities Design Coordinator is responsible for the preparation of office locations for new physicians including coordination of architectural/construction processes and timelines, coordination of designer processes, selection and installation of furnishings, coordination of initial supply/equipment orders, and oversight of renovations for acquisitions. This position is ultimately responsible for coordinating the activities necessary for the acquisition/renovation of office space, providing timelines and ensuring that space is prepared in a timely manner

· Sets timelines for space development
· Coordinates architectural companies and maintains timelines for plan development. Ensures that architectural plans
· include all necessary elements for efficiency
· Oversees construction processes to ensure quality of materials and construction
· Works with designer to develop standard finish selections for physician offices
· Negotiates furniture pricing for all offices. Orders furniture and coordinates arrival prior to go-live date
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Minimum qualifications :
· High School graduate or equivalent
Preferred qualifications:
· Bachelor's or AA
· Experience in project management
· Experience in Interior Design
· Certified Project Manager (IAPM)
