Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager

Job Description

The Mechanical Project Manager is responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective actions, and developing communication plans with both internal and external stakeholders to provide timely project updates. They will lead all aspects of project administration and will be the established point of contact for stakeholders. The Project Manager will manage a portfolio of projects that could contain both smaller and larger multi- building or complex construction projects, primarily focused on commercial retrofit air conditioning systems and HVAC systems. The projects will not be ground up and will range from $600k - $8000k. The Project Manager will be on site a lot, much like a superintendent.

Work Environment

The work environment will be a combination of office and work site, with 30% of time spent in the office and 70% on the work site. The Project Manager will be expected to travel to various project sites, including schools, commercial buildings, government buildings, etc.
