Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (Detailed Description)

  • GQO HR functional lead for mergers & acquisitions and responsible for partnering with GQO M&A on key talent and culture integration planning activities including organizational design, talent assessment, and communication (pre/mid/post).

  • Serve as the HR strategist for global GQO Organizational Restructuring Forecasting and Plant Network Implementation strategy; liaison with GQO HR Business partners, Workplace Practices, and Employment Law to ensure coordinated execution of strategy

  • Lead the coordination of large GQO communication needs for restructures, organizational changes, retirements, and critical employee strategy changes in partnership with GQO Communications and Corporate HR team

  • Design, plan, implement, and ensure execution of key forums and key communication messaging (e.g., GQO Leadership Summit, Top Level Talent review/strategy sessions, GQO Townhall meetings, GQO Recognition program)

  • Lead complex global programs in support of HR and business initiatives including communications, HR processes

  • Lead and execute global GQO STAR Recognition program

  • PMO lead for program alignment and metrics across the supply chain for HR (organizational structures, large employee changes, and operational shifts)

Education & Special Trainings:

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university required.

  • Graduate degree preferred with focus in organizational development or demonstrated proficiency and experience in the space, to include coaching, facilitation, change management, and talent development

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10+ years of Human Resources or Program Management experience, with a strong emphasis in and understanding of Leading Organizational Change, Organizational Development, Training & Development and Talent Management processes. Previous demonstrated experience interacting with senior business leaders and GQO functional teams.

  • Must possess excellent organizational, planning skills, and time management skills.

  • Demonstrated experience developing and leading large-scale, global initiatives and advising senior management on insights, implications and appropriate socialization, communication strategy and deployment approaches to programs

  • Demonstrated business and analytical ability with a proven ability to build relationships and influence different groups.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in working in a matrix organization and partnering at all levels of the organization.

  • Capability to influence and build trust with individuals at all levels within the organization

  • Demonstrated implementation and execution ability

  • Skilled with change processes in complex systems, conflict resolution and group dynamics.

  • Advanced written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills including the ability to tailor communications style to audience
