Hilton Front Office Manager in Mahe, Seychelles

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office team at Waldorf Astoria Seychelles Platte Island. The Front Office Manager will oversee all aspects of guest services, including reception, and Personal Concierge, to ensure the highest standards of hospitality are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the Front Office team.
  • Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests, providing personalized service and attention to detail.
  • Train and develop Front Office staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold brand standards.
  • Monitor and optimize room inventory and rates to maximize revenue and occupancy.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues to guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest services and ensure smooth operations.
  • Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures related to guest services and Front Office operations.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in guest services and hospitality management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel Front Office operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.
