What You Will Do
This role involves leading and delivering analytical projects to various global consumer R&D sites, ensuring compliance and collaboration with internal teams, global Kenvue partners, and external laboratories. The position requires balancing technical expertise with leadership skills to maintain high performance within the Global R&D organization.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage analytical project work based on priorities and timelines.
Review and approve technical documents such as protocols, reports, methods, specifications, and investigation reports.
Communicate effectively with global partners, including project leaders, product development teams, and analytical teams.
Lead lab process workflows, maintain quality systems, and contribute to process improvements.
Manage laboratory investigations, handle non-conformance issues, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Support productivity improvement initiatives and optimize resources.
Actively engage in setting up lab quality systems and representing the team in audits.
Implement regulatory and quality requirements for lab operations.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
10-12 years of experience in analytical chemistry, preferably with experience handling teams.
Expertise in stability concepts, method development, and validation.
Strong understanding of GMP, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
Technical acumen in various product categories, including OTC drugs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven track record of project planning and management in an analytical lab setting.
Desired Qualifications
Experience in managing lab quality systems, NC/CAPA processes, and data integrity checks.
Strong strategic thinking and ability to align laboratory operations with organizational goals.
Skills in innovative problem-solving, strategic planning, and decision-making.
