About the role

As a key support to the FX Dealing team you will perform important tasks whilst learning the skills of the trade where diligence and accuracy is vitally important. In this Trade Support role, you will be responsible for working with both Front and Back office, in order to ensure the efficient operation of various systems and functions. The successful candidate will need to be detail orientated and confident to display a clear level of intelligence when liaising with various stakeholders within the business. You will have a business or numerical based degree (Business, Economics, Maths etc) and a clear and demonstrable interest in market conditions and current events which impact the FX market. Key responsibilities As a Trade Support Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Timely and proactive management of the trade checking process, in order to find and resolve any problems or discrepancies

  • Using both forward looking and retrospective trade checks to ensure that back office/settlements can effectively reconcile previous days and months

  • Working with Front and Back Office to ensure that daily settlement deadlines and currency cut-offs are met

  • Ensuring that data is accurate across the different platforms used by front office

  • Working with individual dealers and their clients to trade client positions, send contract notes and trade confirmations, confirm beneficiary details and complete any other trade administration as required

  • Completion of the Options post-trade process and generation of options term sheets

  • Performing Option Trade expiry monitoring and processing

  • Investigating and resolving problems or errors with trades for either front or back office

  • Monitoring margin calls and client positions

  • Prioritizing daily tasks and new tasks appropriately

  • Working with our Payments team to ensure trades get executed and delivered accurately.

  • Business or numerical based degree (Business, Economics, Math)

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Excellent English language skills and fluent Spanish language skills
