Key job responsibilities
Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for new features and product releases.
Bug Identification and Resolution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and resolve software defects.
Automation Scripting: Develop and maintain automated test scripts to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless integration of quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in retrospectives and contribute to process improvements to enhance overall product quality.

The Amazon Business Quality Engineering (QE) team's vision is centered around delivering high-quality releases efficiently, with a strong emphasis on enhancing the customer journey. We empower engineering teams by driving the quality upstream with an automation first approach, improving overall engineering efficiency with scalable solutions.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Madrid, M, ESP
Basic Qualifications
Experience in quality assurance engineering
Experience in automation testing
Experience in manual testing
Experience as QA lead on medium to large sized projects
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with at least one automated test framework like Selenium or Appium
Experience in gathering test requirements to create detailed test plans and defining quality metrics to measure product quality
