Job Description Summary

As Connectivity Apprentice you will work on projects related to a particular function depending on their prior coursework and degree program.

Please note this is an internship for 12 months.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work on projects often requiring independent decision-making (these projects are normally scoped to last between two and six months in duration, but can last for as long as two years).

  • Develop PowerPoint presentations and other graphic presentations to communicate progress, share best practices, or to provide updates.

  • May analyze data with excel or various other analysis tools.

  • May take on certain aspects of a full time job within the function the intern is studying (e.g., may be asked to write software code if in an engineering internship, may be asked to perform compensation analysis if in a HR internship).

  • May participate in early talent events, seminars or trainings.

  • Perform assignments where trust and accuracy are required.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • High School Diploma, university degree, GED, or local equivalent (obtained in the past 5 years for a "contrato de prácticas"). Preferably with a background in IT or exploiting databases.

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Effective time management and organizational skills and able to balance multiple priorities.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written/communications skills.

  • Fluent Spanish and English skills

Desired qualifications

  • Programming in Javascript, HTML and CSS. Programming in SQL, MySQL, Databases.

  • Microsoft program (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

  • VPN (SSL e IPSEC). Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and strong problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently.

Please note this is an internship for 12 months.
