Minimum/Required Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in youth development, volunteer development, education, agriculture, animal science, family sciences, leadership, management, communications, or a closely related field. Demonstrated experience in managing volunteer-led programs. Demonstrated experience delivering education programs (in formal or non-formal settings). General knowledge and ability to use computers, including proficiency with information technologies, professional office software and collaborative work platforms. Demonstrated committed to inclusivity for all learners, visitors and employees, and the ability to engage with diverse populations in a culturally responsible manner. Demonstrated ability to plan and facilitate meetings and large-scale events in cooperation with adults and youth. Demonstrated ability to successfully interact with youth 5-19 years of age (Kindergarten through 12th grade). Ability to lead groups and to plan, organize, evaluate, manage, resolve conflicts and delegate details associated with youth program management. Ability to work as a team member with other professionals. Ability to build and maintain positive community relationships. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
