Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking a Senior Procurement Data Specialist for our eProcurement team. As a Senior Procurement Data Specialist, you will work with our supplier partners to deploy Sodexo's eProcurement solutions and ensure that all systems and data are ready to begin communicating.
The Senior. Procurement Data Specialist is responsible for working with Sodexo and Entegra supply partners, unit managers, and Supply Management, Finance and Operation staff to create and maintain data for eprocurement systems, invoicing applications and other downstream systems. The Senior. Procurement Data Specialist is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
Incentives
This is a remote position based out of your home office. This position will support a Monday through Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST) work period.
What You'll Do
Provide support for Sodexo’s eprocurement tools and master data systems
Provide knowledgeable supply management support
Provide customer support for technical or process issues
Produce system queries and performs required system data entry.
Work closely with suppliers, Sodexo Supplier Enablement Team, Client Procurement Call Center, Supply Management, Accounts Payable and IS&T teams.

Associate’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
Data Entry experience
Microsoft Excel and Teams experience
Knowledge of eProcurement systems preferred
Good written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement: Associate’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
Minimum Functional Experience: 2 years of experience in professional work environment.
