JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: The WIDA Proposal and Grant Specialist position is located within the Administration and Operations department and will report to the Assistant Director of Strategic Initiatives and Business Development. This position will be responsible for managing and executing all elements of the proposal development process, including crafting, authoring, and editing high-quality proposals such as RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness. The role also involves assisting in the development of grant applications, proofreading proposals for consistency, and preparing materials for presentations. Key responsibilities include maintaining and updating a repository of documents, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align proposals with organizational strategies, and managing the proposal team to meet deadlines. The position also entails tracking and analyzing RFPs and performance data to recommend strategic adjustments, conducting research to identify new funding opportunities, and ensuring proposal quality and compliance. The Proposal and Grant Specialist will work closely with the Assistant Director of Strategic Initiatives and Business Development to develop proposal strategies, support business development, and implement process improvements. This role is integral to enhancing proposal effectiveness and supporting the overall success of the business development efforts. Working fully remote is an option for this position within the United States (working remotely internationally is not an option).
