JOB REQUIREMENTS: Our human resources department has a rare opening for an experienced HR professional to help acquire the best talent for our company. Number of hours per week will vary but will generally be between 10 and 40 depending on workload. Responsibilities include fostering strong partnerships with management to recruit and select the best candidates for open positions and promotional opportunities; posting positions; conducting interviews; assisting with affirmative action compliance including gathering data and running reports; suggesting recruiting process improvements; training managers on the use of our applicant tracking software as well as the company\'s hiring policies and procedures; assisting with career fairs and training our career fair ambassadors. This position may be converted to a regular position if workload warrants. The successful candidate will have a bachelor\'s degree or higher in human resources, business administration, or social sciences and at least four years of talent acquisition experience. The ideal candidate will have any/all of the following: Prior talent acquisition experience with a full-service A/E firm Full-cycle recruiting experience Knowledge of regulatory/legal compliance issues related to recruiting including affirmative action Demonstrated ability to successfully partner with managers to select outstanding candidates for open positions Experience with applicant tracking software (iCIMS a plus) Experience attending career fairs HR certification a plus This is a fantastic opportunity for someone interested in HR to get in with a great company!
