What Sales Support Administration contributes to Cardinal Health

Sales Support is responsible for providing sales support through direct involvement in the sales process, either by helping persuade customer buying decisions or involvement in the effective implementation of solutions to support the attainment of the organization's sales objectives.

Sales Support Administration is responsible for customer maintenance and support, sales quotas, and/or order fulfillment and adjustments.

Job Summary

The Flu Customer operation representative plans and coordinates across teams to provide the best customer service possible. Works daily via our phone system assisting customers with all inquiries related to Covid & Flu. The Rep is responsible for inputting, tracking, and tracing within our ticket system to ensure accurate metrics and structured organization within the team. Work closely with submitters on troubleshoot issues with our IT team.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams

  • Share knowledge and expertise

  • Actively seek feedback and use as an opportunity for process improvement, personal development, etc

  • Processes customer orders according to demand from customers and Sales Representatives

  • Responds and solution internal and external inquiries made through our QuickBase ticketing system

  • Provide excellent customer service by answering calls and providing the most updated product information

  • Responsible for providing callbacks to customers to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner

  • Resolve any issue that with orders that occur during shipping. Damages, Shortages, Mis-ships, etc.

Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience, preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task responsibilities

  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Customer service, problem solving and analytical skills

  • Works on projects of limited scope and complexity

  • Follows established procedures to resolve readily identifiable technical problems

  • Works under direct supervision and receives detailed instructions

Anticipated hourly range: $26.20per hour - $37.40per hour
