JOB REQUIREMENTS: Phlebotomist Clinical Labs - 31173 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : 100% FTE, 40 hours per week, day/evening shift. Monday - Friday 8:45AM - 5:15PM. Holiday rotation required. No weekends or on-call shifts required at this time. You may be eligible for up to a \$2,500 sign-on bonus. You will work at University Health Services and University Hospital in Madison, WI. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Phlebotomist to: * Perform standardized and specialized phlebotomy procedures on patients of all ages. * Ensure proper patient identification and specimen labeling. * Complete specimen receiving and specimen processing. * Patient check-in and order entry of laboratory tests in the laboratory information system. Preferred - Completion of accredited Phlebotomy Training program and clinical rotation.
