JOB REQUIREMENTS: Phlebotomist - Clinical Labs - 30956 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : Day Shifts. Hour options available between 24 hours per week and 40 hours per week. Hours vary 7:45 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday. No weekends. Work Location Options: Junction Road Medical Center, Deforest-Winsor Clinic, Odana Road Clinic, Verona Clinic, Union Corners, 20 S. Park St., ACHC Evjue Clinic, and Float. Pay : External hires may be eligible for up to a \$2,500 sign on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE). Preferred - Completion of accredited Phlebotomy Training program and clinical rotation.
