U W-MADISON DIV. CONTINUING STUDIES Pediatric Pulmonology Sleep Medicine in MADISON, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: The Division of Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine within the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health is recruiting a Pediatric Sleep Medicine Physician who is board certified in sleep medicine. We are looking for candidates with a track record of clinical excellence and academic contributions as demonstrated through training and/or practice experience. The Division provides family-centered, community-based, culturally competent, coordinated, and interdisciplinary care. The multidisciplinary team consists of ten faculty, a clinical team of nurses, respiratory therapists, dieticians, physical and occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, social workers, behavioral psychologists, and research coordinators. We have a robust outpatient pediatric sleep program and sleep laboratory to perform polysomnography and treat children with a variety of sleep-related problems. The division also has active clinical and research programs in a number of other areas including cystic fibrosis, neuromuscular respiratory disease, aero digestive issues, and pulmonary hypertension. The Department of Pediatrics at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health is a vibrant academic department comprising more than 200 faculty members in 16 subspecialty divisions.
