Primary Responsibilities Lead the technical execution of hydrogeological aspects of projects Work with project managers to estimate project costs and consult on technical approach Develop technical approaches for regional hydrologic characterization of groundwater systems in environments comprised of unconsolidated deposits and fractured crystalline rock Provide project and technical leadership on complex, multi-disciplined projects, to include managing a portion of a project\'s budget, scope, schedule, regulatory and contractual commitments Develop and implement technical approaches for numerical analysis of groundwater and surface water systems in support of permitting, industrial development and site remediation Teach, mentor and develop other members, as well as serve as a resource in the area of hydrogeologyRequired Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Hydrogeology or Engineering, or a closely related field Minimum 10 years of experience with hydrogeological investigations Minimum 5 years of experience in field work including: Coordinating field characterization studies Aquifer testing Hydrophysical profiling Numerical analysis Groundwater modeling Previous experience with the following: Providing project leadership on complex, multi-disciplined projects including managing budget, schedule, regulatory/contractual commitments and technical consultation.
