Headquarters is downtown Madison, WI. The Information Technology (IT) executive program is seeking applicants for a Project Manager position. This work requires 40 hours/week work for a candidate with advanced skillsets and experience. The most qualied candidate will have - Direct experience as a business analyst collaborating with IT professionals to develop technical specications and requirements for custom applications. * Skilled in managing IT complex projects, leading teams, supporting stakeholders, and implementing IT infrastructure. * Prociency in business analysis methodologies, including investigative techniques, workows, use cases, and user stories. * Expertise in data analysis tools like SQL, Excel, data visualization, and statistical analysis software. * Ability to collaborate with technical experts, end users and other stakeholders to gather information about functions, features, data requirements, input requirements, and output requirements. * Ability to use analytical and investigative skills to accurately document the business needs through requirements gathering. * Experience with requirements management tools such as Conuence or DevOps. * Procient in project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall. * Ability to create technical specications, identify project roles, track resources, budgets, and monitor project progress. * Strong communication skills for reporting, conict resolution, and stakeholder engagement. * Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing demands, and facilitate risk management. * Knowledge of system analysis techniques, business intelligence tools, Oracle databases, and SDLC. * Experience writing clear and concise documentation for technical and non-technical audiences. * Highly self-motivating with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities.
