As an HRIS Analyst at UWCU, you will be at the forefront of optimizing and maintaining our People Strategies and Solutions (PSS)/Human Resources (HR) systems. Your expertise will drive improvements in efficiency, enhance user experiences, and ensure our systems align with our business objectives. You will collaborate with various teams, identify opportunities for system enhancements, and implement technical solutions that support our strategic goals. This is a hybrid position requiring an onsite presence at our Administrative Offices located in Madison, WI. Responsibilities Improve HR System Performance and Support (30%): Evaluate PSS/HR systems to eliminate redundancy, increase efficiency, and recommend improvements. Identify gaps in processes and workflows, proposing solutions to enhance system performance and data integrity. Collaborate with industry peers and vendors to exchange best practices and stay updated on trends. Maintain comprehensive documentation of PSS/HR systems, integrations, and workflows. Implement Technical Solutions to Support Business Objectives (30%): Translate business objectives into technical requirements, partnering with stakeholders and SAAS vendors to streamline PSS/HR processes. Design and implement solutions to maximize system capabilities. Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and provide support, change management, and training to HR users. Collaborate with IT teams and vendor to integrate PSS/HR systems and workflows with other applications. People Analytics (30%): Develop HR reports and data analytics using reporting tools, data sources, and dashboards to inform decision-making. Coordinate reporting functions within the People Technology team to support data-driven decisions. Ensure the quality of HR data, perform regular audits, and implement data protection measures. Catalog all ongoing and scheduled reports in the employee data management catalog.
