JOB REQUIREMENTS: Financial Counselor - 30164 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule: This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:30 AM -5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. This is a hybrid position after training is complete. We are seeking a Financial Counselor to: * Provide patients with estimated costs for upcoming services. * Assist patients in understanding the billing prepayment process. * Review patients coverage to determine overall cost for the patients specific plan of care.
