JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description This position can be filled at the Professional or Senior Level or our Financial Analyst. Role Snapshot Our team is seeking a highly capable Financial Analyst who is looking to develop their skillset within a challenging yet exciting and supportive atmosphere. We directly support the leadership team in identifying and evaluating growth opportunities and driving efficiency, whether it\'s planning for next year\'s budget, working with our leadership team on growth initiatives, or developing cost-saving strategies. As a member of our team, you will be a trusted strategic partner across the organization. In addition to target setting and helping the leadership team understand the business\'s financial results, you will provide key decision support to help solve the business\'s biggest challenges. Salary Range Professional Level: \$65,000 \ \$75,000 annually Senior Level: \$80,000 \ \$95,000 annually The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, experience. We are open to remote work in the following approved states: Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin This position can be hybrid, having the regional availability to come in our Office at WPS Corporate Center Building - 1717 W. Broadway in Madison, WI. What you will do Support the company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning processes. Prepare reporting and analysis to help leaders understand the drivers of variance, financially and operationally. Provide financial modeling and business case analysis to leaders across the organization to support key business decisions. Support Government and Commercial bids and proposals. Spearhead process improvement projects. Assist with development of junior team members. How do I know this opportunity is right for me?
