Dual Enrollment is a key area for Pearson Education Inc. Dual Enrollment Product Specialist plays a vital role in our organization, serving as a key link between College and Career Readiness initiatives and Higher Education. This position collaborates closely with Sales and Sales Management, Product Management, and other internal teams to develop and execute strategies that expand our dual enrollment presence in the market. The ideal candidate is someone who is genuinely passionate about supporting others in their professional growth and development.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Drive Dual Enrollment Sales Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the dual enrollment footprint focusing on high schools, school districts, and higher education institutions.

  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish strong, consultative partnerships with educators, administrators, and institutional leaders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Sales Management, Product, Marketing, and other internal teams to align strategies and support market expansion goals.

  • Conduct Product Presentations: Deliver engaging, informative presentations and demonstrations that showcase the value of dual enrollment offerings.

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement sales plans that align with broader company objectives, leveraging data and market insights to guide decision-making.

  • Support Implementation: Partner with onboarding and support teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to implementation, maintaining a positive customer experience throughout.

  • Stay Informed on Market Trends: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and educational policy changes to inform sales strategy and stay ahead of market shifts.

  • Meet and Exceed Targets: Consistently achieve or surpass sales quotas, contributing to the overall growth of the dual enrollment business.

  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions, opportunities, and account status in the company’s CRM system; provide regular reports on progress and pipeline.

  • Advocate for Customers: Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback with internal teams to help improve products and services.

Required Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or equivalent required, advanced degree preferred

  • Proven experience in dual enrollment program implementation

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Self-motivated to meet deadlines independently.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat Professional.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leadership.

  • Knowledge of education (K-12 public/private/charter schools).

  • Adaptability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

  • Certification in instructional design, project management, or adult learning principles is a plus.

  • Travel Required 25%

Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York State, New York City, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:

Minimum full-time salary range is between $105,000 - $115,000.
