Job Title: Concrete Finisher
Job Description
As a Concrete Finisher, you will join our concrete crew to assist with concrete forms and small concrete pours. Your responsibilities will include setting up and tearing down concrete forms, light demolition work, and using various hand tools daily. You will also operate power drills, tape measures, hand saws, nail guns, and reciprocating saws to cut materials before framing. We are looking for a skilled concrete laborer who enjoys working on a variety of projects and utilizing different skills.
Responsibilities
Assist with concrete forms and small concrete pours.
Set up and tear down concrete forms.
Perform light demolition work.
Use hand tools daily, including power drills, tape measures, hand saws, nail guns, and reciprocating saws.
Cut materials prior to framing.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in construction, commercial construction, concrete finishing, and general labor.
Experience with concrete forms.
Work Environment
Our team consists of 2-5 people with great employee retention and tenure. You will work on a variety of projects with diverse responsibilities. The dress code is standard construction attire. Work hours are from 7:00am to 4:30pm, with extended hours of 45/50 hours during the summer months. This is a construction job site, and you must be comfortable working outside in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
