Responsibilities Responsibilities: Cross reference Salesforce data in comparison to Ignition Engagement letter ensuring accuracy Review Smartsheets for potential client conversions, assisting in prepopulating proper documentation Review report related to closed clients in Salesforce, cross-referencing Client Care, Ignition, and other systems to determine reasoning for status and update Salesforce accounts accordingly Review each Huddle account, adding internal service teams and CSMs to accounts as needed Review portal/onboarding list to identify clients that have not logged onto portal, or have not logged on in last 120 days Organize ADV Teams folder and identify specific missing information, adding documents in proper locations Review Salesforce for contact information, requesting and tracking down phone numbers and emails for clients as needed By geography, identify necessary contact information for administrative resources, proper document storage resources and key players in the game Document processes for onboarding new clients as directed by ADV leadership Assist in assembling onboarding documents when new Partner joins ADV Assist in assembling onboarding information when new client joins ADV Assemble report for usage and execution of previously developed marketing surveys Assembly of data to understand excluded services for ADV model Identify list of internal service teams and assist ADV team in reeducation process by assembling slide decks, materials Qualifications Qualifications: Enrollment in four-year program university, focus in Business major Prior customer service experience Local to the Madison, WI area Ability to navigate different systems including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Note, Excel and others as needed ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply Online: https://www.aplitrak.com/?adid=YmJnZW5lcmljLjcyODgzLjg3NzBAYmFrZXJ0aWxseWNvbXAuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t
