JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: The Division of Child Protection within the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health is recruiting a pediatrician with an interest and expertise in child abuse pediatrics. This position provides clinical services for victims of suspected child maltreatment and has the potential to develop into leadership opportunities. The division is looking for candidates with a track record of clinical excellence and academic contributions as demonstrated through training and/or practice experience. The Department of Pediatrics at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health is a vibrant academic department comprising more than 200 faculty members in 16 subspecialty divisions. The department promotes and enhances the health of children through outstanding clinical care, exemplary education of pediatric trainees, performance of cutting-edge research, and vigorous advocacy. Responsibilities: For appointments hired on Clinical Health Sciences (CHS) Track: *Participate in administrative and committee work to support the clinical and scholarly missions of UW Health and the School of Medicine and Public Health.
