JOB REQUIREMENTS: Behavioral Health Clinician / Clinical Psychologist Primary Care - 31904 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : 100% FTE, days. You may be eligible for up to a \$2,400 sign-on bonus. This is a hybrid position. When in person, you will work at 3209 Dryden Dr in Madison, WI. Pay : * The pay range listed reflects both titles. We are seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician or Clinical Psychologist to: * Collaborate with other medical professionals in a fast-paced environment. * Provide brief evidence-based interventions. * Provide short, but intense follow-up. * Connect patients to resources. * Use outcome-based models to track patient improvement.
