Job Description Analyzes samples and/or develops/validates methodologies for various compounds and components in compliance with SOPs and regulatory agency guidelines Principal Contacts and Scope of Communications * Internal: Interacts with, internal clients and support groups, operational personnel, scientific personnel and department management * External: Contact with external clients with guidance from scientific or management staff regarding experiment design and outcome. May contact vendors regarding troubleshooting and setup of equipment over the phone or on site Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Demonstrates and promotes the company vision * Regular attendance and punctuality * Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate * Organizes, conducts and evaluates analytical results and testing independently and in compliance with applicable methods, protocols, SOPs and regulatory agency guidelines * Documents work and maintains study documentation and laboratory records * Independently uses and performs basic troubleshooting of laboratory equipment and software appropriate for assigned tasks, while performing routine and non-routine maintenance * Provides input and participates in project meetings, plans, monitors and guides project work * Performs peer review and QC review of data * Performs assigned workload on a daily basis and effectively completes multiple assignments. * Promotes and contributes to a cohesive team environment and maintains a positive attitude.
