For more information, visit: purebarre.com Qualifications: * Smart, no ego, fun, goal oriented and driven by integrity * Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others * Possess amazing client service skills * Strong sense of community * Upbeat, optimistic, passionate, friendly and authentic * Active lifestyle, already living a health-centered life * Comfortable working in a team focused environment * Dependable with a strong work ethic - natural willingness to go above and beyond * Natural communicator with real interest in people * Confidence to energetically command a room of 20 people * Passion for guiding others and encouraging their journey * Musicality - ability to keep rhythm and count to beat of music * Background in dance, fitness, yoga, sports, cheerleading or barre (ideal but not required) * Work a flexible schedule that include weekends, mornings or evenings, holidays and special events Responsibilities: * As a Pure Barre instructor you are a brand ambassador who exceeds expectations and delivers an amazing client experience * Our instructors enjoy connecting with people and build strong, authentic relationships with those they meet while encouraging their fitness journey * Our studio is a creative hub and we take great pride in ensuring that it is a place where people want to be * Availability to teach a minimum of 5 classes per week (classes are offered early mornings, midday, evenings, weekends, and holidays) * Diligent planning and preparation before each class, including study of choreography and class planning prior to each class, as well as learning full choreography changes on a quarterly basis * Assist with keeping the study tidy * Ability to lift hand weights, demonstrate full body pushups, and maintain high-energy for 50-minute class is required * All instructors are required to complete a 4-day training at one of our corporate training centers, as well as significant 'at home' study and preparation for certification before being eligible to teach classes.
