Conagra Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - 3rd Shift in Macon, Missouri

As the LPN, you will contribute to the Health and Wellness of all facility's team members through programs, policies, and training. You will train and work with Managers regarding employee health and wellness, including proper documentation and ergonomic programs. You will also manage medical for work related injury incidents and manage the incident investigations and preparation of incident reports. You will work with EHS to provide a safe and incident-free work environment including Conagra's important concepts to provide a road map to zero injuries and a world class performance in EHS. This is an onsite position located in Macon Missouri. We ask that you are available for 3rd shift which is 11:30 pm-8:00 am Monday-Friday, some Saturdays may be required. Salary Range (dependent on qualifications) - $47,000-$59,000 annually.

You Will:

You will provide professional nursing care for employees.

Observes and maintains record on patient care, condition, reactions and progress.

Help develop preventive health care programs.

You will support implementing company safety programs.

You will participate in plant tracking mechanism regarding near miss', injuries, OSHA recordables.

You will report to an onsite Environmental Health & Safety Manager.

You will participate in safety groups involving our employees.

You will support plant programs that involve safety and quality.

You Have:

Minimum education requirements: LPN

Must hold appropriate licensure/certification in the state certification.

While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. You are frequently required to stand and walk. The employee is occasionally required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, and feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; taste and smell. You may lift or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. You will be exposed to a noisy environment that varies from hot too cold in temperature.
