Alarm Service Technician (Service)

Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated service technician to service and perform preventive maintenance on fire alarm systems for our existing clients. The role involves working with both commercial and residential low voltage electrical systems, including their wiring methods, techniques, and associated costs.
Responsibilities
Service and perform preventive maintenance on fire alarm systems
Understand and work with commercial and residential low voltage electrical systems
Read and interpret plans, specifications, job requirements, and cost reports
Travel within the territory with no overnight jobs required
Essential Skills
Electrical troubleshooting and repair
Field service and preventive maintenance
Proficiency with hand tools
Ability to read and interpret schematics
Strong math and communication skills
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Current 06 Electrical License
NICET 2 certification
Seattle FA1 certification
Experience with fire alarms, access control, security systems, AV, and CCTV
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Work Environment
The role requires the ability to crouch, bend, and kneel, and you must not have a fear of being in confined spaces. Travel is limited to day trips within a 1-2 hour drive.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
