• Enhance operational processes and customer solutions through data analysis and development, design, and quality verification of Enterprise level reports, dashboards, and technology based solutions.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related field of study and 5 years of progressive experience in Business Analytics and Strategy.

Applicants must have demonstrated experience with:

• Scaled Agile Framework;

• Developing new product roadmap and ensuring application/product development progress meets roadmap guidelines;

• Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK);

• Creating Structured Query Language (SQL) statements;

• Leveraging systems and process analysis techniques, including Requirement Gathering, User Story Writing, SDLC, Agile (SAFe) methodology and Roadmap Management;

• Microsoft Office and Visio for data analysis, documentation, and presentations;

• Using Azure DevOps and Gitlab for managing work;

• Transportation logistics industry domain;

• Presenting plan concepts, ideas and plans to stakeholders with varying technical and business backgrounds; and

• Guiding teams towards unified goals to achieve project objectives.

Salary for position: $183,581 per year.

Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Candidates must be local or willing to relocate.
